Refund Policy

Once the order has been received you have 14 days to request a refund and to return the items. Postage will not be paid for unless exceptional circumstances. if you feel your circumstances are exceptional please email josieearnold@outlook.com

Any broken items must be reported within 7 working days, if item is broken after 7 working days no refund will be due so please check your items straight away.
